Description: | Successfully supervise online and offline marketing methods for Supercoder.com.
Candidate must be friendly, results oriented, and coachable. Must have leadership skills, yet also be able to take direction and implement existing marketing strategies.
Successful candidate will supervise a team of people who implement most of the strategies. Candidate will participate in the development all of the marketing pieces , develop and maintain marketing schedules, and will be responsible for projecting future income, tracking spend and revenue, and conducting analysis on results of marketing to make strategic future marketing decisions.
A basic understanding of modern marketing methods, including Direct Mail, PPC, SEO, Micro-blogging, Facebook marketing, video marketing etc. is a plus. On the job training will be provided.
| Duties: | Skills Required:
• Creativity/English Communication and Writing – Must be a strong marketing writer.
• Assertiveness: The ability to chase down items due and ensure deadlines are met.
• Independence: Work independently with little day-to-day direction (once trained) – to be self-reliant and self-directed.
• Analytical Ability: Although this person will not have to create massive spreadsheets or reports, they should be able to look at marketing results and decipher them in order to make strategic marketing decisions.
• Problem Solving: The ability to identify problems as well as to generate and implement potentially effective solutions.
• Flexibility: The ability to adapt to unfamiliar, unpredictable and dynamic circumstances successfully.
• Deadline Driven: – Able to manage to deadlines, both long and short-term and meet them all. Or, if an occasion occurs where a deadline is going to be missed, be proactive and take appropriate actions to ensure revenue and profit goal scan be met.
• Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate clearly.
• Computer skills:
o Applicant is required to have reasonable typing ability and understanding of Word, Excel, and powerpoint, and ability to learn new software quickly.
