This HR Manager position is a key member of the HR team and will be supporting the Omniture Business Unit of Adobe, located in Orem, Utah. As such, the successful candidate will actively partner with specific client groups across the Client Services and Sales organizations and employees to lead HR and organizational development activities, including day to day employee relations, manager/employee coaching, succession planning, organization development, leadership development and other needs under the direction of the Senior Manager of HR Consulting.
This position is a true HR Business Partner role covering a very broad range of HR areas of expertise supported by a seasoned HR team supplying advice, guidance, coaching and support in the various areas of HR. This individual will also be responsible to roll out company-wide programs and initiatives to the organizations in which the role supports. Another component of this role is developing relationships with the corporate functional HR groups to broker services as required to meet the needs of the organization.

Duties: |
• Implementation of all major reward programs including: annual salary and focal review process, annual stock focal, quarterly bonus programs, annual sales compensation roll-out and other awards/recognition programs.
• Data and Metrics - In partnership with HR Representative, provide ongoing and consistent data, metrics and tracking that tell the story of the businesses we support.
• Engagement Survey - partner with the leaders you support on the roll-out and the subsequent action planning and tracking that will result from the Engagement Survey. This includes initial analysis, interpretation of the data as well as working with the directors in your various organizations to help them understand their data and then action plan around their own data.
• Advising and influencing at all levels of management (Manager to VP) on all aspects people management and leadership. Focus will be on performance management and organizational development.
• Provide New Manager Integration sessions for newly hired and newly promoted managers to ensure necessary training and coaching is delivered in a timely fashion (including tools and resources).
• Lead employee relations and investigation activities for your client groups to ensure appropriate next steps and outcomes are reached.
• Making a significant impact by coaching and training our managers and leaders to become world class leaders
• In close partnership with the OD team, determine the best use of our learning and development programs for the organizations you support
• Develop and build collaborative relationships with OD, Learning and Development, Compensation and the Talent teams to ensure we are being proactive in addressing talent and organizational needs

Qualifications: |
• Experience supporting organizational change such as process changes, changes to organizational structure, shifts in strategy, etc.
• Knowledge of business strategy fundamentals
• Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and thought leadership. Sound judgement and influencing.
• Ability to build credibility upward, downward and laterally in cross-functional environments
• Collaborative & Customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Self learner who is proactive & solution-oriented

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or OD or related field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years experience as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist preferably in a high technology environment
• Strong HR Consulting and business partnering experience required especially in depth experience in performance management, employee relations, investigations and strong knowledge of HR law and applications
• The candidate must be able and willing to "roll up their sleeves and get things done" as well as possess a "can do" attitude".
• Must demonstrate highly effective interpersonal communication skills and a sound understanding of the business
• Must demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new organizations and people and quickly establish personal and HR credibility within the organization
• Must demonstrate a proven track record of accomplishments and driving work to completion
• Ability to facilitate group/team sessions
• Must be comfortable with change in all facets as well as the ability to lead others through the change process.
• Flexible, prior experience working in a centralized, matrixed environment
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• An advanced degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field is a plus
• Industry or consulting experience in change management, organizational & learning development
• Certified in key organizational and individual instruments such as MBTI, SDI, PDI-360
• Proven ability to think strategically and coach employees at all levels
