Description:

Manage overall project planning and engagement process in the digital group at MediaOne. Primary duties include project scope documentation, scheduling, vendor engagement and overall management of all digital projects to ensure client deliverable and quality expectations are met.

Duties:

• Understand all phases of project development from strategy through to delivery
• Manage client schedules, project scope, resources and run the overall project engagement process
• Write scope of work and project agreements for digital and web development projects
• Direct client contact for assigned clients
• Work with the Online Account Manager and developer to coordinate time expectations.
• Write vendor agreements, scope agreements, engage and manage vendors involved in projects. (if Applicable)
• Track weekly and report weekly performance for all projects to internal staff and management.
• Experience in Online technologies and project management processes

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree strongly preferred
• 2 to 5 years of project management in an agency, software or Internet company
• Able to successfully deliver multiple projects on aggressive deadlines
• Must be process oriented with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Must be extremely pro active with a strong work ethic
