| Qualifications: | Required Technical Experience:
• Hands-on experience Designing / building software applications
• Hands-on (Java) experience
• Track record accomplishing organizational goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solver
Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor of Science, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Technical Certifications
• J2EE, Struts, JSF, Hibernate, Tapestry, Spring, or Acegi
Additional Pluses:
• OOD/OOP skills and experience applying modern design patterns
• Knowledge Relational database design
• Technical Certifications
• Agile (Scrum, Crystal, eXtreme Programming - XP) experience
