| TestOut Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and dependable software support technician to provide customer support for all TestOut products. |
Duties: |
Answer support lines and log all support issues in tracking software (email, calls, etc.) and update activities taken with customer.
Provide professional and quality customer service by utilizing communication and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
Identify, document, and report software issues/defects experienced by customers.
Write and maintain technical knowledge base documents and other forms of documentation.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: |
High school graduate or equivalent.
Post secondary education in technical related field required.
A+, Network+, MCSE/MCITP, CCNA or other IT certifications preferred.
At least 2 years consecutive experience in technical support/customer service and troubleshooting technical issues.
Phone support experience required.
Maintain positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude and good judgment in all job responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Independent decision making and problem solving abilities.
