We are looking for a Systems Integration Development Manager to join our team. The Integration Manager is responsible for managing the development of Systems Integration tools, API, methods and products for our retail management software applications.
Duties include:
· Managing, hiring, supervising and developing talented teams of software developers;
· Directing teams of software developments in the design, development and delivery of new Systems Integration tools, API’s, methods, and products based upon specific design feedback from other Development managers, analysts, customers and prospects;
· Managing and supporting the ongoing development of application interfaces;
· Developing new products as well as working to improve existing products;
· Working closely with customers and project stakeholders directly to clearly define objectives and establish delivery roadmaps;
· Providing quality proactive solutions to support highly available, reliable, secure and well performing environments for Application Integration Interfaces;
· Participating in strategic business development as part of the Senior Management team; and
· Consistently meeting deadlines, budgets and high quality requirements.
The successful candidate must possess:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related area (or equivalent work experience);
· 10+ years in a similar role;
· 5+ years leading software development teams;
· Strong project management skills in an agile programming or XP environment;
· Experience in implementation of SOA, event driven architecture (messaging is required);
· Experience transforming data between different formats (Delimited Data/XML/Flat File);
· Experience with application performance optimization;
· Experience with data modeling;
· Experience with Jira, Bugzilla, or other defect management tools;
· Excellent Microsoft Offices Suite Skills, particularly Excel;
· Experience with projects that meet aggressive deadlines;
· Ability to communicate clearly and effective with all levels of personnel, including senior executives in both technical and non-technical language;
· Ability to establish clear goals and provide problem ownership while fostering teamwork and open communication;
· Ability to lead and drive development teams;
· Willingness to be hands on when needed;
· Ability to travel to customer sites if needed.
