Inside Sales Representative

Description:

TestOut Corporation is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to increase sales of LabSim. A successful Inside Sales Representative will make outbound prospecting/cold calls, provide pricing, generate quotes, close sales, maintain strong customer relationships, meet and exceed sales goals. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and will work closely with other sales team members.

Duties:

Make daily outbound calls to clients and prospective clients
Develop new business through prospecting and leads
Create sales quotes
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Close business and generate additional revenue for the company
Provide exceptional customer service and form strong client relationships
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of outbound and inbound inside sales experience with responsibility for closing sales.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Successful experience prospecting and qualifying
Proven success carrying an individual quota
Experience using solution-selling methods
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Solid understanding of internet-based tools, Microsoft Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
Prior experience selling IT related solutions preferred
