Property Solutions, a fun, fast growing company is looking for a Marketing Director.

Duties: |
- Coordinate with VP of Sales to ensure sales reps have adequate marketing materials and technical documentation for product demonstrations and trade shows
- Plan and oversee strategy and logistics of regional and national trade shows
- Conduct market research to identify strengths and weaknesses at every stage of sales and implementation process, and then interpret findings to dictate marketing and overall company strategies and decisions
-Coordinate with Design and Sales to modify existing website architecture and content
-Manage all aspects of planning, production, and post-production for short informational videos
-Attend weekly management meetings
-Determine and evaluate effective media mix to build brand and product awareness in print, web, direct mail, and non-traditional space
-Develop marketing strategies from concept inception to execution
Manage public relations initiatives that elevate our brand within the industry and community

Qualifications: |
- Must be a self-starter and assertive
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
-Experience in product/brand managemen
-Technologically savvy
-Ability to solve marketing and sales problems creatively
-Management experience
-College degree required; concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
-Marketing and management background required.

Work Schedule: Full-time 8am-5pm including benefits
