We are looking for a proven Senior Web Analytics Engineer to join the Behavior TrackingTeam, a development team responsible for tracking user behavior.
You would work with industry-leading engineers to invent new ways to make Ancestry.com faster, more fun, and easier for people to discover their family history and unique insights about themselves and their family that can only be enabled through our world-class technology. You will help different development teams implement web analytic tracking code throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solve technical issues when they arise.
What you'll do...Design, Develop, and maintain User tracking and analytics solutions across all Ancestry products using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, TealiumIQ, and MixPanel Working with the Product Manager to design future Tracking and Web Analytics solutions Lead offshore resources that help with development and testing as part of an agile team.Perform ad hoc analyses to identify tracking issuesCollaborate with team members and stakeholders around Web Analytics and Tracking RequirementsDevelop and maintain code libraries and documentation
