Homie is hiring transaction coordinators who understand how technology is changing the real estate market and want to align themselves with the new way of helping buyers and sellers. This position helps make sure all documentation and required information is communicated to sellers, buyers, and title companies.
Work with internal agents and attorneys to collect proper documentation for contracts
Communicate escrow instructions
Answer questions for title companies and other parties involved with the transaction’s closing
Real estate license preferred (we will pay for annual licensing fees)
Residential real estate experience preferred or customer service background
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
High school diploma
People-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
Good organizational and time management skills
