Job Description: As the Senior Marketing Manager at Homie you will be responsible for creating and executing the company's marketing plan to support the company's growth. You'll collaborate with the local sales and customer support teams to acquire new customers and be the main interface between the corporate marketing team and other divisions within Homie. We're looking for a growth-minded, creative B2C marketing leader who will manage the local marketing team and help the business rapidly expand.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the GM to establish the strategy to grow the business  
  • Primarily responsible for executing Homie’s marketing strategy 
  • Interface and work collaboratively with the digital marketing team at HQ to ensure the digital strategy is consistent with local needs and customer behavior
  • Interface with marketing leaders and agencies to ensure OOH, radio, and television buys are optimized for the local market
  • Work with content, creative, and website teams at HQ to create localized marketing assets 
  • Work with the local marketing team to plan and execute all local events and sponsorships
  • Work with the corporate marketing team to optimize budgets to increase growth and lower CAC
  • Work with local PR agency to oversee all press efforts to Denver market.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2C marketing, including 2 years in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred 
  • In-depth understanding of B2C marketing principles
  • Technical competency in at least two of the following areas: media buying, event marketing, social media, PR, content marketing, digital marketing
  • Experience creating impactful partnerships
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent grasp of marketing technologies
  • Ability to conduct research studies, analyze data, and develop compelling content
