Ancestry is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Content Production Team.  The Production Coordinator is responsible for the setup, delivery, and tracking of projects through the Imaging and Indexing pipelines.  This is a highly collaborative position which requires keen attention to detail with the ability to plan and track projects through various production platforms.

What You'll Do:

Track and deliver detailed reporting on the status of projects moving through the Imaging and Indexing audit pipelinesCreate project configurations entering production to ensure that outputs meet department requirements and archive expectationsEnsure that projects are handed off on time by collaborating with internal and vendor production teamsPerform highly detailed quality checks prior to handoff to ensure projects meet configuration requirementsOrganize monthly commitment project list and distribute any changes/updates to necessary teamsComplete other assigned tasks as assigned by the Content Project Coordination Supervisor
