Job Description:

We are looking for a new team member who is highly self-motivated with a drive for success. The ideal candidate will be aggressive in sales, result-oriented, reliable, and money motivated. Our new team member will be expected to develop client relationships to promote Homie Insurance. We will support you by providing guidance, training, and sponsoring the licensing required by the state. 

If you are highly motivated, results-driven, and have a positive mental attitude, we want you! Successful candidates will be goal-oriented self-starters who can demonstrate an above-average talent for setting and achieving aggressive goals. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively convert company leads by reaching out to leads and setting up appointments and explaining the benefits of Homie Insurance products.
  • Meet set timelines in order to work efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability and desire to reach individual production goals.
  • Take initiative and act effectively both individually and as a member of a team without direction.
  • Effective communication skills - oral, written, and group.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills.
  • Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand insurance coverage details and underwriting guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience. 
  • Fast learner with the ability to multi-task, organize, and pay attention to details.
  • Build and cultivate a professional relationship with new and current clients.
  • Computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.

*Candidates who are currently licensed will be given primary consideration.
