This person will guide the product strategy, customer research, data analysis & ongoing A/B tests to deliver a world-class freemium experience to discover, craft and connect around their family stories.The person in this role will demonstrate strong decision making informed by quantitative data, experiments, qualitative research, and customer insights to build and execute a cohesive freemium product experience.
What you will do:
Define product strategy and roadmap with key hypotheses, milestones and metrics to measure and track success. Analyze & identify competitive trends, research customer needs & analyze quantitative insights to inform a freemium product roadmap & priorities. Collaborate with developers, designers, data scientists, and other product managers as a product team that takes ideas from inception initial launch iterations to delivery. Manage
the overall product backlog for product requirements, drive alignment across teams, measure, track and communicate status and progress.Establish
success metrics, be an outcome-driven, test and measure success, take ownership of the results, and use them to drive decision-making about what's next. Collaborate
with marketing to increase engagement of free products with appropriate upsell capabilities into our premium subscriptions.
Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
At least 5 years experience in driving user growth in consumer product tech products at least 5 years as a Product ManagerProficient in agile product development methodologies.A user-centric approach to product management with a strong desire to engage and delight users in a world-class customer experienceDemonstrated experience in A/B testing and Multivariate Testing.
Analytical, with the ability to make product feature decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.Experience
crafting a product strategy and vision, and translating that into an agile & iterative product roadmap.Excellent
