About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team being created within the International Marketing group. This team will be focused on enabling delivery of marketing initiatives across countries and functions. You will be a key partner to the marketing teams and work to support the fast growth and evolution of the International markets. You will need to be inquisitive, comfortable with the unknown and determined to solve problems, as this team will be building the Marketing Operations function from the ground up!
This role reports to the Marketing Operations Director and will be based in our Dublin office (once we are able to fully reopen) on a hybrid basis (part office-based and part flexible). We are also open to this role being based out of London.

What you will do

Be the interface between support functions; Product, MarTech, Data/BI, Legal, Finance, Analytics to enable transparency & project delivery. Translate and execute current processes, analysing trends & themes to develop and launch optimisations in conjunction with Director and Global Teams.Manage project budgets & end of project reporting including analysis of initiatives effectiveness & operational effectiveness.Develop and maintain superior relationships with Marketing & key partners through multiple levels of the organisation to ensure you are able to be the problem solver and find routes to delivery.Support regular planning cycles and monthly/quarterly operational reviews. Collaborate with the team and across functions to identify recurring pain points and drive solutions through a rigorous data driven process. End to end project support for marketing teams including but not exclusive to routine implementation of marketing campaigns through multiple channels including media.

Requirements - who you are

Experience in managing projects for the marketing funnel/ media channels in an ecommerce environment. Strong knowledge of marketing practices in order to pre-empt dependencies and issues plus experience of marketing metrics and reporting platforms.Experience of managing multilingual projects in a sensitive and regulatory environment.Strong communication abilities both written and verbal; ability to communicate with all levels of seniority effectively and professionally with proven experience of influencing others to deliver results.Learning & problem solving mindset; must be adaptable and open to challenges and keen to find new ways of doing things.
