Responsibilities

  • Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures within 3 days of application or Change of Circumstance
  • Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations
  • FHA/VA/USDA knowledge a plus
  • Upload Disclosures to Encompass
  • Compliance Review and revise any changes needed to obtain a pass
  • Able to review for HPML, Safe Harbor and Rebuttable Presumption
  • Answer emails from the Disclosure inbox timely and accurately
  • Exceptional Customer service
  • Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed
  • Work with third party vendor team to help manage processes, procedures, service level agreements and accuracy of work

Qualifications

  • RESPA/TRID training/experienceRequired Knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • College Degree preferred, not required
  • 1-2 years’ experience disclosing
