Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Technical Program Managers & Product Managers; ensuring that demanding, complex, and extensive programs are completed on time and in control using best practice standards.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating product and program risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key tech, and non-tech stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicating and influencing senior VP-level stakeholders across the organization *key aspect of the day to day job.
  • Hiring, developing, and managing a diverse team of Technical Program Managers and fostering an inspiring, high-performance environment that attracts internal and external talent.
  • Drive Strategy with customers, Stakeholders and leading the team to develop products based on the given Strategy.

Experience in and the ability to lead large-scale, highly complex program implementations and business transformations in fast-paced, deadline-driven, virtual environments is key. A proven record of clearly defining the definition of done, defining and tracking metrics, and managing product launches is essential. A strong background in software development and system integration. Your communication skills are the linchpin in a virtualized enterprise like ours.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills are also important; someone with a structured, analytical and problem-solving mindset capable of managing deep levels of complexity while inspiring their team to deliver effective, scalable and automated solutions will be successful.


  • Extensive experience of program/project management in a large size company with a proven record of successful project delivery working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of technical program managers independently while dealing with high levels of ambiguity, organizational complexity, and an ability to nail complex needs.
  • Proven capability working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives.
  • Experience in UX design concepts, Product Development, and DevOps is beneficial.
  • Experience in Cloud computing, Hyperscale data centers, and related technologies a plus.
  • Track record of collaborating with a diverse set of business and technology stakeholders to drive change, manage risk and resolve conflict
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
  • Relevant project management accreditation e.g. PMP, SAFe, Prince2, and related Agile frameworks.
  • Experience in and understanding of product management and consulting
  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT, cloud computing, and software development.

Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically four years of project management, product design or related experience needed.
