A Customer Solutions Associate provides administrative support for Ancestry Library and Ancestry Classroom websites. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide an amazing experience for our members. This will be a part-time position, 20 to 29 hours a week, Monday – Friday, working remotely.
What You'll Do:
You will provide general support for members of the Ancestry Library and Ancestry Classroom products. You will support customers with their needs through inbound emails, and develop a positive relationship with every customer, ensuring there is resolution on every interaction.You will develop collaborative working relationships with associates, peers, and leaders.You will provide a variety of administrative responsibilities, e.g., responding to email and letter correspondence, returning phone calls.You will work with customers to find solutions to inquiries, and coordinate with the team manager to provide feedback based on customer interactions.You will work through multiple tasks and determine the priority of each task.You will recognize errors and bugs, and gather and communicate situations or site malfunctions to those needing to be involved.You will compose clear, direct, concise, and complete written communications.
Who You Are:
You have a high school diploma or GED.You have verbal and written skills.You are a quick learner and demonstrate dependability by meeting deadlines, following work schedules, and meeting productivity standards.You are proficient in navigating the Internet and use of a Windows-based PC.You have experience working in an office or call center environment.You are accustomed to independent work and working in a team environmentYou demonstrate professionalism by accepting responsibility for own actions and following through on commitments.You maneuver frequent changes in the work environment well.You are customer service oriented with a focus on solving complex issues.You seek opportunities to improve and promote quality.You have business writing experience or formal training, and email writing experience.You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service-related field.
