We’re looking for a highly autonomous Program Manager with 3+ years experience to work from our Lehi, Utah office.  This role works closely with Product and Engineering leadership, managers, and scrum masters as well as engineering, design, analytics, and other key team members to facilitate the delivery of innovative, cross-functional, timely features to customers.  This role also emphasizes, coordinates, and communicates team improvement, predictability, transparency and works to identify and overcome delivery roadblocks in a complex, cross-functional environment. Preferred candidates have experience and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program management with a keen understanding of team dynamics, product development/engineering, and product management.  Strong communication skills are also essential in coordinating across several multi-disciplinary teams toward unified product and feature releases. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for facilitating multiple product development projects but will also drive delivery execution and broader cross organizational change initiatives as well as: 
·       Assist in aligning the right resources to the right initiatives at the right time, ensuring individual resources are deployed optimally and requirements are clearly understood
·       Enable timely delivery of products and features by developing processes that improve predictability and transparency, identify dependencies, and ensure that teams are working together efficiently to overcome roadblocks
·       Guide key stakeholders in understanding dependencies and trade-offs throughout the product development process
·       Enable informed decisions and governance by bringing together stakeholders and providing a unified view of project status and risk factors
·       Work with cross-functional groupings of teams including UX Design, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Finance, Legal and Customer Support through the product development and platform transition process
·       Establish and extend best practice enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on program management processes and capturing best practices
·       Build key relationships across the company to ensure smooth integration of new processes and programs

Must have 3+ years program and/or scrum master experience, leading cross-functional efforts with a proven track record of shipping awesome products, preferably with a consumer-facing web services brand.  Formal program management training, Scrum Master certification, and/or SAFe certification is a plus.
