We’re tackling the very difficult problem of how to provide dynamic and unpredictable analytics efficiently and at scale, with a set of clients who all have very different data models and organizational needs. We’re very excited not just to continue to improve our existing product, but also to create innovative new technology that fundamentally changes the way the world thinks about cloud data pipelines operating on massive datasets.

You will work directly with with our managers to recruit top talent across a variety of fields including engineering, data science, client success, management, and legal.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the entire recruiting process, including interview, feedback, and offer processes.
  • Building a diverse pipeline of candidates across disciplines using creative sourcing channels.
  • Collaborating with teams to fully understand their needs and to proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Maintaining data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Building processes that help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Representing the company and maintaining MarketDial's culture of transparency and integrity.
  • Managing all candidates from end-to-end and ensure each person walks away with an amazing interview experience.
  • Proactively targeting and sourcing candiates.

What We Look For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience working with business teams (business strategy, engineering, client success, etc)
  • Track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
