UX Designer Job Description: 
ABOUT THIS JOBWe are looking for a passionate UX Designer to help us with experience and visual design, as we transform our product design with a customer-led, design-obsessed mindset.As a UX Designer, you will be leading the design of engaging and elegant digital experiences from transactional digital products to innovative solutions across web, desktop & mobile for a variety of products. Projects include designing customer-facing transactional apps, data analytics intensive apps and other apps of varying complexity.  In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to be an advocate for user experience across the firm.Our product teams help create products that delight our customers and satisfy the firm’s business needs.  And expertise in user interaction design, and visual design is key in creating applications that are easy to use, engaging, and competitive differentiators. Must Have Requirements •8+ years industry experience in digital product design•Passion for solving complex, enterprise-scale problems•Experience working on platforms using an enterprise design system•Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Principle, UserZoom, UserTesting.com•Basic understanding of web standards, capabilities and best practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Preferred Qualifications•Advanced Degree in Design, HCI, UX or a related field (B.Des, M.Des.)•Financial services a plus, but not required 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONSResponsibilities•Collaborate and interact with product managers, and engineers to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfaces using the evolving design system•Undertake user research and synthesize insights to inform product roadmaps•Define user experience strategies for enhancing established and green-field products•Participate in product refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validation sessions and inputs & suggestions from the product team•Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality designs that effectively communicate design directions and detailed designs•Participate in UX-led initiatives including Accessibility and mobile-first design•Support the growth of your team members, with design reviews, career coaching, and mentoring
