This position is responsible for managing local interaction with Eclipse, Irby’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, while monitoring Eclipse Queues, sales management tools, and other software resources provided. Based on needs provide field assistance to assigned branch locations. Specialist will monitor each assigned branch’s process flows to ensure the branch is current and running efficiently. Specialist will use Queues, Dashboards, and Reports to identify areas that need improvement and work with, remotely and onsite as needed, the Branch Managers as needed to move the branch within tolerance by performing the following duties. Provide Eclipse training and daily support and with implementing new processes.
