The team strives to constantly improve and scale algorithms and quality check running to generate insights on genomic data for customers. As a Software Engineering, you will · Help create and improve algorithms and processes that fall under the team’s charter· Help create dashboards which gives insights to the data being processed through our pipeline· Contribute to optimizing software that runs very specific algorithms and quality check on a DNA sample· Work on application generating Research data pull for DNA Science team· Contribute minor improvements to DNA-processing applications· Improve testability for the team by improving automation testing of algorithms and DNA sample through our pipeline. Who You Are: Development experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.).Experience with Docker, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools related technologies· Having working knowledge on AWS is a plus.· Having experience with Bioinformatics, genomics, arrays, DNA processing is a plus.#LI- GT1#GDSponsored#IND2Additional Information:
