Position Title

Customer Operations and Product Specialist (COPS) (Full Time)

Reports To

The Customer Operations and Product Specialist (COPS) will report to the Director of Customer Support.

Job Overview

The customer support specialist ensures that both current and prospective customer needs are met by coordinating with Halda’s account executives and account managers. The COPS is responsible for delivering projects on time and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Become a product expert. The COPS should be the best resource for how to implement Halda’s tools in the most effective way possible.
• Organize and Communicate. The COPS will need to manage multiple client projects at the same time. It is crucial that these projects are organized and that progress on them is consistently communicated to key internal stakeholders.
• Copywriting. One of the COPS’s main responsibilities is to create Dynamic Landing Page copy and designs for Halda partners inside of Halda’s technology. The COPS should be prepared to create content that is free of mis-spellings, typo’s, other mistakes, and displays creativity and savvy marketing.
• Know what works best. To a large extent, the COPS should know what is most helpful to students at various stages of the student journey. You should be able to leverage this knowledge to provide the best possible results for clients.

Qualifications

• Marketing Copywriting - 1 to 2 years preferred
• Project Management - 1 to 2 years preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Analytical skills and a working knowledge of the principles of statistics is preferred
• Demonstrable skills with Excel / Google Sheets strongly preferred (especially in using formulas).
