Bacon is currently seeking Client Success Managers to oversee and manage existing and new customer accounts. You will be involved with the onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day care of our clients. The CSM must be able to contact clients both on the phone, in video chats, and in person, while building rapport, loyalty, and adoption of how to work best with Bacon. Bacon is a gig app based in Provo Utah. We are a 2 sided marketplace that connects companies and gig workers to work as little as one shift for them.
We started in the summer of 2018 and have grown the company significantly since. We are currently are in 10 states and expanding into new cities and states every year.
