Come join Tater, Inc. and help revolutionize auto financing! We are a young, well capitalized FinTech startup in the heart of Silicon Slopes growing organically. Work with a talented team and enjoy a 4-day work week! Lease End helps people buyout their auto leases and capture vehicle equity without having to go into the dealer or DMV. We are also focused on innovating in the DeFi (blockchain / crypto) space to scale financing and provide our users with more options.
We're looking for experienced full-stack engineers with at least 3-5 years of work in React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and ideally GraphQL. We leverage AWS and are looking for developers who have some experience with CloudFront, ECS, RDS, SQS and Lambda. You'll be part of a team of talented engineers and must be a good culture fit for our growing group. You'll need to think through and solve complex problems and effectively implement solutions.
We enable our developers to craft great code by providing plenty of deep-focus work time, minimizing meetings, focusing on value-add features, pushing frequent releases, and recharging with 3-day weekends.

In a previous life, we were auto dealership owners. We saw the confusion and pain consumers were experiencing first hand, and knew there could be an easier, faster, convenient-er way to work with Auto Leases. (Okay, so we know “convenient-er” isn’t a real word, but that’s why we are in the auto financing business and not journalism.) The old process was stressful on consumers. That’s why we built an easier, faster and more convenient way to purchase, sell or turn-in leased vehicles.
We are a team of developers, lease advisors, support staff, and leaders who love the world of FinTech and thrive in a space where teamwork is not just celebrated - it's woven into the fabric of our entire organization.
