Lease End is a fast-growing, forward-thinking fintech company committed to empowering auto-lease owners with the tools and resources to exit their lease easily and stress-free. Since our incorporation in early 2021, our goal has been to simplify the lease-end process to create a better experience for lease owners that’s more intuitive to a modern, informed consumer. We do this by providing the innovative technology and stellar customer service they deserve, and by providing services that are centered around speed, convenience, and transparency.
About the role
This role will work directly with the design and development teams, and other key stakeholders to produce engaging, intuitive, enjoyable user experiences for end users. The regular schedule is Monday - Thursday with a 3-day-weekend to recharge and refocus. As UX Designer, you’ll be participating in product discovery, testing, design and delivery. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Creative Director to understand business needs and develop a product vision.

- You possess strong skills in branding and graphic design and have real-world experience with the latest UX trends and best practices.
- You are proficient in creating wireframes for a responsive experience (mobile, tablet, and desktop concepts).
- You have a genuine interest in seeing technology help people.
- You have a passion for observing user behavior and synthesizing insights into product design.
- You create clarity from ambiguity while remaining open-minded to new information.
The best candidates will have the following:
- 5+ years' experience as a UX professional.
- Experience using research and data to guide recommendations.
- Experience prototyping and presenting design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or XD.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- A portfolio demonstrating great user-centered design solutions.
