What You’ll Do Here

Our engineers solve complex technical and business problems for our customers by leveraging agile methodologies, DevOps and DevSecOps, and close partnerships with other product team members. You bring amazing user experiences to life through use of your knowledge in one or many application domains. The problems you will solve are as varied as our customers, who range from the Department of Defense, state and local government, education, banking, and healthcare.

We are accepting applicants for both junior and senior software engineering positions under this single job post.

• Own the engineering solution, from concept to implementation and beyond

• Contribute to the design, development, validation, deployment and monitoring of multiple features for one or more cloud services running in production at scale using AWS or similar web stack

• Identify customer MVPs

• Make technical trade-off decisions and provide recommendations on the best options

• Develop infrastructure and internal services that allow us to increase speed of delivery while increasing the quality of the customer's products and services

• Contribute to incident resolution and facilitation of cross functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis of difficult technical problems

• Participates in code and design reviews.

• Communicate with key stakeholders ensuring business goals and visions are met

• Be part of a cross-functional product team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Minimum 3+ years relevant coding experience in Java and/or C# or other OOP language

• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience using web development frameworks

• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience using relational databases

• Minimum 3+ years cloud experience

• Highly Proficient with CI/CD and DevOps

• Highly Proficient with Git, Containerization, and Microservices Architectures

• Demonstrated ability to drive and articulate technical challenges and solutions

• BS/MS in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent work experience

• US Citizen (must be able to pass a background check)

• Experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners

• Active DoD security clearance desired

• Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies, methodologies and best practices

• You’re a great communicator and highly collaborative

• You can navigate complex problems with high levels of autonomy in a scale-up environment
