Head of UX Design

The Opportunity:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, passionate UX professional to lead our UX and Design team. If you have experience with SaaS software UX design and can mentor and grow a talented team, let’s chat.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the team of passionate UX designers
• Become an expert in the user; understand their needs and motivations; test usability and accessibility
• Solve and design solutions for new product initiatives
• Work with customers to create wireframes and mockups for web and mobile applications
• Create consistent user experience and design across applications
• Work closely with Product and Development to ensure designs are translated into clean and elegant solutions that follow best practices for the appropriate platform

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of UX design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, or equivalent project/portfolio experience.
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using style guides, interaction pattern libraries, and components to produce low and high-fidelity design deliverables
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience working in a SaaS company

·        Previous experience in restaurants/foodservice is preferred
