We're looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our team as a Client Success Manager. Client Success Managers maintain strong relationships with their assigned clients, ensuring they reach organizational goals for employee engagement through the Awardco software. They maintain high-levels of client satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth.

What you will do:

  • Maintain a client renewal rate of 90% at all times 
  • Respond to each client request by the end of each day 
  • Work across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs
  • Record all updates and client touchpoints in Salesforce each day
  • Conduct regular check-ins with each client 
  • Organize and prioritize tasks without becoming overwhelmed 
  • Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing  

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, people-oriented personality
  • Experience working in client relations preferred
  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Proven track record of success in each job you've held
