As the first point of contact for prospective customers, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key player in fueling the sales pipeline. This role will support sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential new customers for FairCom’s database software solutions.

This role is a perfect mix of technical sales and customer service with a trusted leader in database technology.
Here is What You’d Be Doing:
Utilize CRM, LinkedIn, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
Maintain assigned leads in FairCom’s CRM (Hubspot) as well as general industry contacts to manage the top of the sales funnel and allow for up-to-date sales data.
Schedule product demonstrations/technical discussions with Account Executives and potential customers.
Continually fine-tune persona-specific messaging to quickly explain the value proposition of FairCom’s database software solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience in the software development industry.
A clear communicator with experience in cold calling & making outbound phone calls and emails.
A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.
Must have professional proficiency working with HubSpot and/or other CRM Systems
Must have professional proficiency working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
