We're looking for a driven self-starter with a winning record to join our Sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive Manager. Our Sales team is confident in Awardco’s mission and the value it offers the modern workforce. Account Executives find business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ultimately close business. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of 4-6 of our most experienced and skilled sales professionals at Awardco. This role will be filled by an individual with at least 7+ years in Enterprise SASS Sales and Management experience, a proven track record as an ENT IC or ENT Manager in exceeding targets, setting and executing better processes and systems and the ability to manage up and down in an ever-changing and fast paced environment. This individual must be a critical thinker, proactive, resourceful, patient and come with a positive, resilient attitude and the ability to lead and uplevel a team of tenured sales professionals. 

What you will do:

  • Coach and develop a team of new and tenured Enterprise Account Executives
  • Interview and hire new members of the sales team
  • Deal support - calls, emails, travel, resourcing, problem solving 
  • Ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively
  • Report on progress toward sales KPI's
  • Work closely with other sales leaders to create best sales strategy 

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years Senior AE SAAS experience (Enterprise)
  • Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment
  • Previous management experience required  
  • Experience with RFI and RFP in the SaaS technology space 
  • Experience working large, complex and long cycle Enterprise deals
  • Consistent record of hitting and exceeding personal and team quotas
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High Emotional Intelligence and Leadership skills
  • High Business Intelligence - experience in large and small organizations
  • Be able to work in the Utah office 4 days per week
