Life Alignment // The Most Important thing:

You must be able to travel on 24 hours notice, with the exception of funerals, marriages or faith / religious holidays. These will be at minimum 100 days per year in trips as short as 24 hours and as long as 14 days.

Dear World’s meetings and events business work happens outside of the hours of 9-5. This is not a 9-5 role.

You can receive daily, ongoing complex information, simplify it into tasks, delegate and deliver those tasks on time

1. You are a “people person”. You are not afraid to speak up, but also an excellent listener. You consider yourself charismatic and bold. But yet you are also very attentive and detail oriented, able to jungle multiple balls at the same time. Organization and planning, efficiency, attention to detail, persistence, proactivity, calm under pressure, communication, and listening skills are also essential.

2. You want to work in sales. X is the chief sales person of our work and you will be a proxy for him which means you must also not be afraid of rejection or talking money.

3. Fluency with Google Drive, online collaboration tools is required. Fast typing/note taking skills and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot is preferred.
