About the Direct Account Executive – Supporting Google Waze: 

MarketStar is looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) based in Ogden or Salt Lake City to represent our client Google Waze! Waze is a leading GPS, navigation app. We are looking for a salesperson who is a savvy marketer and loves to have fun! We’re looking for someone who has a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing sales, and able to talk through a marketing strategy that best suits their partner. As an AE, you will exhibit all the characteristics associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically leading and running a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. Our team is customer-centric, this individual will provide the best sales experience possible for our customers. 

 

Location:  Ogden, UT

 

What will you do? 

  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing and growing a wide range of brands with 10+ locations and up to $1m+ in company revenue 

  • Demonstrate selling value to key partners within accounts through web conference tools 

  • Prospect and onboard net new brands 

  • Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Waze’s platform as an essential piece of their marketing strategy 

  • Utilize sales technology stack including Salesforce to maximize sales effectiveness and accuracy 

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota 

 

Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Prior digital advertising sales experience is strongly preferred 

  • 1 or more years’ experience with direct sales preferred (outbound/phone-based sales optimal) 

  • Knowledge/experience with technology stack such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, G Suite 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
