We are looking for a MOPs expert to set a foundation of structure, process, and strategy to empower our team to achieve results. You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support the effective measurement and execution of cross-functional marketing strategy. As the first Marketing Operations hire at Awardco, you will play a key role in data analysis and reporting, managing some of our tech stack, and helping drive our martech strategy.

What you will do: 

  • Help build, maintain, and document Marketing Operations best practices for lead lifecycle, attribution/reporting, lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign management.
  • Improve the overall integrity and hygiene of marketing data within Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Work with our internal operations team to ensure marketing data flow leads to success for the organization as a whole.
  • Create integrations and automations that inform data-driven decision-making to serve our goals of driving revenue and greater brand
  • awareness.
  • Impact full funnel marketing strategy by developing (and maintaining) marketing metrics & dashboards for: lead capture, lead nurture, sales enablement, event performance, brand awareness, SEO/SEM performance, paid media, and brand/reputation management.
  • Manage various systems in the marketing stack, including operations, integrations, documentation, and optimization.
  • Make data-driven recommendations that will lead to better campaign execution and higher team productivity. 

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of marketing operations experience in a B2B organization.
  • Admin experience with Salesforce is a must.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Ability to communicate the right level of information to cross-functional teams at the right cadence.
  • Highly analytical and can effectively use data to explain trends in the business.
  • Experience tracking and reporting various digital and in-person channels (trade shows, field events, etc).
  • Skilled with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the drive to devise and execute solutions to improve processes, integrations, and workflows.
  • An understanding that the technical aspects all lead back to human psychology and company revenue.
