Awardco, a rapidly expanding organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to lead our efforts in the recognition and total rewards space, collaborating with major global companies and renowned brands. What you will do:

  • Present and promote Awardco as the premier choice for replacing existing recognition and total rewards programs of prospective clients.
  • Leverage your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, employing effective prospecting techniques to acquire new customers.
  • Strategically shift competitive conversations and effectively convey new value propositions to both prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop a visionary plan to guide long-term pipeline generation.
  • Become an expert in Awardco's product to lead compelling online and onsite product demonstrations.
  • Oversee complex sales processes and create a strategic regional plan.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless implementation and successful customer onboarding.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the company regarding prospect insights, competitor activities, product enhancements, and more.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and a determination to achieve results.
  • Proven track record of delivering persuasive and engaging client presentations, showcasing expertise in effective selling and negotiation across diverse decision-making levels.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on business growth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent tools is highly desirable.
