As a creative problem-solving leader, the Senior Technical Architect will tailor use cases and clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe solutions for our customers’ toughest challenges.

 

As a member of the Proof of Concept (POC) team, you will collaborate with existing and prospective Adobe customers’ creative, marketing, and technical teams, to technically validate solutions. In most cases these engagements will lead to demo development, customer workshops, or limited deployments of technology that prove impact for business issues and technical constraints. You will join a team of specialists, recommending technological and strategic methodologies regarding functionality centered on creative, document, and experience management.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop value drivers, use cases, and success criteria for real-world creation, delivery, and automation solutions within the Adobe Cloud ecosystem
  • Become a trusted adviser across creative, marketing, technical, and executive partners within the customers’ organization to translate their goals and desired outcomes and encourage opportunities
  • Collaborate with Adobe sales teams to provide functional and technical consulting to customers, guiding them on how best to implement efficient workflows and integrations
  • Network with Adobe product teams and business units to identify roadmaps and how they may influence enterprise workflows

 

Requirements

  • Modern problem solving, self-managed, responsive, and dedicated customer advocate
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills, including web content management, digital asset management and creative workflows
  • Exceptional project management skills, delivering on time solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, creative agency, or digital marketing environment
  • Experience integrating with third party systems and/ or digital media and digital marketing products such as Adobe Experience Manager, InDesign, Target, or Sign
  • Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks
  • Confirmed accomplishments developing content-centric applications using the Apache Sling framework and JCR standard
  • Ability to craft web applications using technologies and services such as NodeJS, PHP, Python, SQL, NoSQL, SOAP, and REST APIs
