Position Summary
A Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) partners with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and their customers to develop technical strategies and solutions that will enable customers to maximize the value they gain from the Domo platform. A TSM develops and utilizes a deep understanding of all aspects of the Domo architecture to craft customized solutions for our customers’ outside-the-box problems.
