TheExperience Research Operationsteam collaborates with researchers to support their study goals and organize the planning and execution of experience research projects. Our core objectives are to provide high quality and reliable research participants; create thoughtful,targeted and effective communication; and develop the operational infrastructure to support a growing international research team.The Technical Program Manager role collaborates with researchers,developers and business stakeholders to support their study goals and organize the planning and execution of user research projects that require custom development work,in particular Qualtrics XM projects. They will have experience leading virtual project teams to deliver complex,large-scale customer feedback programs across business units.
As part of the research support process,and in consultation with our experience researchers,this role will influence our stakeholders to help them shape their customer feedback programs by advising on technical designs and infrastructure. They will be working with business units that are getting started with research and others that are further along the maturity curve and will be able to recognize and adapt their advice accordingly. They will understand the significant industry shifts taking place in experience feedback programs,and be able to design forward-thinking,innovative yet practical research programs for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
+ Collaborate with experience researchers and research operations to provide the systems,strategies,and tools needed to support experience research in delivering and scaling insights that drive business outcomes across the firm
+ Partner with internal stakeholders and research team members to provide strategic project management expertise and technical consultations
+ Utilize your experience to understand stakeholder requirements and communicate effectively how our research resources will address their challenges,enhance their program,and address their business goals
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders on large projects. This role will gather an understanding of the stakeholders business objectives and strategic objectives and will act as an advisor
+ Serve as the primary contact from the research operations team for technical programs,connecting with stakeholders to provide information,progress,issue resolution,and tracking
+ Lead project teams consisting of project managers,technical consultants,and engineers with the objective to deliver on project goals and business objectives
+ Conduct risk planning,monitoring,mitigation,and reporting to stakeholders during project delivery and planning
+ Develop quality management plans and principles for the team to adopt to ensure successful delivery and deployment of technology. This will include partnering with stakeholders on data transfer cadence,content and quality assurance processes to ensure outputs are aligned with business requirements and goals
+ Contribute to internal research product development by defining user stories and gathering technical requirements to help shape the product roadmap
+ Deliver workshops to advise stakeholders on successful CX programs and shape service offerings to achieve program goals
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ 6+ years experience designing and delivering on best practice software implementations in complex environments
+ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
+ Well versed and/or certified in Qualtrics and experience with relevant project management tools,such as JIRA,Confluence,Salesforce,Asana,etc.
+ External and/or internal customer consulting experience
+ Strong program management skills with the ability to plan project tasks/events and execute on these on time and on budget with quality at the forefront of everything you do
+ Experience working with large and complex organizations with a proven track record for delivering projects with successful outcomes
+ Strong experience running delivery workshops with customers to help them make key project decisions
+ Consultative and relationship builder who can quickly understand customer needs and identify solutions to meet these requirements
+ Experience as a program manager (plus if PMP certified)
+ Experience in experience management space
