What you will be doing: As Senior UI/UX/IxD Product Designer,you will be responsible for developing and managing our autonomous system product human interface,product design,user experience,& interfaces across multiple platforms including: + Ideation,developing IxD user flows,and storyboarding + Managing Mobile,Web,IoT,and desktop application UI/UX design + Hands-on design development of UI/UX wire-frames + Hands-on design of core graphic assets + Augmented Reality (AR) interactive design + Managing product design language,style guides,and digital assets + Conducting user testing About PassiveLogic PassiveLogic is disrupting the world of building and architecture with the first fully autonomous platform for buildings. You must have: + B.S. degree in Design,Human Factors,Computer Science,or related field + 3+ years' experience as a UI Designer,UX Designer,or similar role + Good graphic design,illustration,and UI/UX skills + Interest in human-centered design and sustainability + Ability to develop,follow,and apply a consistent design language + Strong experience in UX design software (Sketch,Figma,XD,Omnigraffle,etc) + Strong experience with typical design applications (i.e. Adobe Suite,Affinity,Pixelmator,etc) + Work well with leadership and customers in design charettes + Strong ability to self-manage,but work in a team setting You should have: + Experience and interest in the entire design stack,including UI/UX,visual design,interaction design,and the underlying software structure + Familiarity with visual asset management + Experience with video and animation production (Motion,Final Cut Pro,etc) + Ability to work closely with both back-end & front-end developers + Experience meeting multiple deadlines and managing expectations + The ability to apply empathic design skills to user needs + An understanding of the balance between refined design and the need to get to market It's helpful to have: + Experience designing and conducting moderated and unmoderated user tests + Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML5,CSS3 & Javascript) + Familiarity with the basics of programming or scripting + Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology To apply for this position: With your cover letter and resume,include a portfolio that demonstrates at a minimum: the ability to execute a consistent design language,your design skill & style (graphic,3D,digital,art,etc) and previous UI/UX design experience.
