_What you do_:
-Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts (QA) for soft and technical skill growth
-Manage multiple product teams composed of Software Developers and QAs
-Foster a team culture that encourages ownership,innovation and continual learning
-Remove barriers to keep product teams close to stakeholders and product to find value in what we build
-Champion product ownership throughout the team
-Guide teams with consistent application of an agile mindset into practices that matter and seek continuous improvement
-Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to contribute to the strategic growth and scalability of the platform
-Ruthlessly streamline value delivery and use metrics to drive improvement
-Scrum Master or Coach Certification
-Software Developer or Quality Analyst experience
-Agile Leadership experience
