Would you like to make an impact to Humana's Digital Channels platform strategy? **Responsibilities** The Lead Full Stack Engineer (AEM) Is involved in all stages of software development,including front-end development,back-end development,database integrations,network and hosting management,user interface,user experience,and back-end server management. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks,and works under minimal supervision,Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. **Assignment Capsule:** As a Lead Full Stack Engineer for Humana's Enterprise AEM platform,you will develop an understanding of Humana's business needs and translate those needs into platform foundation capabilities,web application components,design specifications and solutions. You will partner with architects and other team members to analyze,design,develop,implement world-class consumer web and mobile applications using agile methods. You will act as a liaison and platform best-practices evangelist guiding business stakeholders and other technical teams using the platform. * Collaborate with an agile development team to develop platform capabilities,integrations,as well as web applications * Build a standards-driven,scalable and secure Enterprise AEM platform used to host Digital Asset Management solution and numerous marketing sites. * Contribute to DevSecOps practices and development standards for web applications * Develop enhancements,resolve issues,coordinate releases of applications to production **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects + 5 or more years of experience in design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites,Assets and Forms) solutions. + 2 or more years of project leadership / architect experience + Experience integrating search solutions with AEM (such as Coveo) + Experience integrating other Adobe experience cloud products like Adobe Analytics and Target. + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's Degree + Adobe AEM architect and/or developer certifications + Experience in cloud technologies (Azure / GCP) + Experience in DevSecOps practices and tools **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40
