As a senior engineer you will be working with product managers,product owners,analysts,architects,and other engineer to deliver innovative tools to add value for our members and make their healthcare journey more seamless. Senior engineers maintain in-depth knowledge of client needs and competing products. Act as a team leader on multiple or large-scale projects. Provide leadership within department and be widely recognized as an authority in area(s) of technical expertise by the internal and external software development community. Lead and mentor junior engineers to promote continuous professional and technical skill development that directly drives a high performing technical organization.

Required Experience:

5/+ years of related software engineering experience to include:
  • Successful track record leading multiple software development projects to completion
  • Translation into technical architecture,development schedules and final code
  • Strong ETL development capabilities and data modeling skills.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and AWS Cloud Development Kit.
  • Web Services,Relational databases and SQL,.NET Framework,C#,XML,XSLT,GraphQL,REACT,ANGULAR
  • Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages
  • Leading developers through Agile methodologies and Scrums
  • Distributed application development
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall,Agile etc.)
  • Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology,including writing and execution of test plans,debugging,and testing scripts and tools
  • Demonstrated leadership in the development of technical innovations and in ensuring optimum collaboration and knowledge sharing of technical insights


Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Knowledge of:

  • Systems and related languages and coding

  • Object Oriented principles and design

  • Programming languages,such as: C#,ASP.NET,Java,ESB,ETL tools; XML,XLST,XSD's (considered expert in these technologies)

  • Proficient in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and related web development concepts

  • Proficient in SDLC,Version Control,UML,system use cases

  • Proficient in Development Lifecycle (modeling & analysis frameworks) frameworks and methodology (i.e. Agile,Waterfall,etc)
