The Acxiom Solutions & Analytics (S&A) team helps marketers enable great customer experiences by breaking down data silos and solving for a complete customer view across digital and offline channels. Within S&A,our Consulting group develops and delivers Strategy,Analytic and Measurement engagements to clients across the full range of industries - from Auto and Financial Services to Travel & Entertainment Our Project Manager job role will utilize your skills and expose you to many facets of today's MadTech platforms. You will work with Acxiom Products,Delivery and Technology organizations in tandem with Acxiom clients to lead and drive the implementation of projects and programs of varying sizes and durations. This role provides the opportunity to manage key tasks impacting the implementation of digital marketing solutions for our customers in multiple industries,enabling them to achieve success in their digital transformation journey. We should connect. **What you will do:** + Understand and implement engagements using project management best practices and solution development methodologies. + Manage the development and execution of both small,single-phase and larger,more complex projects with external project dependencies. + Lead moderately complex projects. + Complete projects within determined scope,quality,time and cost constraints. Consistently meets profitability and release date objectives of projects. + Consult internally and with clients to organize and define work for complex or ambiguous situations. + Project expertise and authority in project management practices and solution delivery methodologies. + Conduct and lead project workshops on strategy and road mapping and build the resulting implementation plans with clients. + Develop project schedule,resource needs,and collaborate with key partners (e.g.,executives,clients,directors) to define project requirements that reflect each client's business,fiscal,and functional objectives. + MExecution: Independently and successfully lead multiple moderately complex,multi phased projectanage multiple projects with cross-functional,cross-organizational teams and/or outside vendors simultaneously. + Convey information between clients and staff involved in project activities efficiently and accurately. + Develop/implement/update a communications plan for each project that specifies audience,medium,timeframes,and methods. Provide continuous communication and escalations. Ensure timely delivery of accurate,complete,and concise project status report information. + Provide strong risk management and effective change management skills. + Manage risk planning,analysis,response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases and projects. + Recognize and document process improvement opportunities. + Complete and document all project close out activities. **What you will need:** + Bachelor's degree,or equivalent experience + 4 + years of project management experience in a technical capacity + Experience in leveraging tools like MS Project,MS Office (Excel,PowerPoint,etc.) and collaboration tools like Confluence,JIRA and SharePoint + Ability to work across teams,both internally and externally,and to influence project partners at all levels + Experience in leading project teams + Demonstrable ability to drive the project to completion and shows tenacity for getting things done + Experience using Waterfall and Agile-based methodologies within a software development function + Demonstrated ability using best practices of project management including PMI standards,as well as industry level standard methodologies + Expert in communication and issue management + Self-directed learning **What will set you apart:** + Project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations in a consulting or an enterprise organization + Business and Solution Domain expertise in implementing marketing,analytics,data-warehouse and software applications from one of the industry among - Media,Retail,Finance,Insurance,Banking,High Tech and Automotive industries + Ability to learn technical concepts of the digital marketing eco systems market and able to articulate the core benefits of these solutions to clients and stakeholders + PMP,CSM or equivalent Scrum certification + Cloud-based application project management + Experience in BI tools integration (e.g. Looker,Tableau) + Experience leading projects with larger teams + Experience leading tech upgrade projects \#gd17 **Primary Location City/State:** Homebased - Conway,Arkansas **Additional Locations (if applicable):** Acxiom is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer (AA/EOE/W/M/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting,hiring,training,promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race,color,sex,age,religion,national origin,protected veteran,military status,physical or mental disability,sexual orientation,gender identity or expression,genetics or other protected status.
