Kforce's Sandy,UT client,a growing and established global technology company is seeking a couple of Remote Senior ServiceNow Software Developers. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The Senior ServiceNow Software Developer position is 100% remote. Company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary,annual bonus,401K matching,etc. You will utilize the ServiceNow platform to develop and configure functionality that enables employees and clients,processes,and systems to operate faster,more efficiently,and with greater operational intelligence business-related problems.Responsibilities of the Senior ServiceNow Software Developers: * The Senior ServiceNow Software Developers designs,architects,and develops solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill user requirements * Develop within and maintain ServiceNow's Customer Service Management application * Provide technical leadership,mentor junior colleagues,and build relationships with business users and the Product Management team * Assist with platform upgrades and help maintain the overall health of the platform * As a Senior ServiceNow Software Developer,you advocate for and champion the use of ServiceNow as a go-to solution for business needs * Build and maintain robust integrations with other systems and tools to support business objectives * Work with your peers as part of an Agile scrum team * Look for ways to reduce technical debt,introduce best practices,and champion high-quality user experiences within the platform * The Senior ServiceNow Software Developer works collaboratively with other developers,as well as the Product Management team to design elegant,modern,efficient,and high-quality * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Administrator on the Paris release is a plus but not required * At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience developing,maintaining,and administering one or more ServiceNow instances * Extensive JavaScript experience,and strong knowledge of Angular JS * ReactJS is a plus but not required * Deep knowledge of HTML and CSS * A strong and demonstrable understanding of UI/UX theory and design * Extensive experience working with business users to understand requirements and implement technical solutions * Proven experience creating and maintaining technical and architectural documentation * Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow's Customer Service Management application is a plus * Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's Application Studio and the Service Portal * Platform implementation experience preferred * Ability to solve problems,prioritize,and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment * Excellent verbal,written,and interpersonal communication skills with customer service focus * Exceptional attention to detail,organized,and self-starter * Ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently * In-depth understanding of the Agile methodology and proven experience gathering requirements and grooming stories,features,and epics Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
