Job Description:

Homie is looking for Colorado-licensed real estate agents to join our team of Buyer Agents. Our Buyer Agents are full-time, W2 employees who work closely with the Buyer Agent Success Mentor to ensure great customer service and effective client conversion. 

We are looking for Buyer Agents who love tech and appreciate how it makes life better. Homie is looking for agents who will grow with our vision and help lead the company to success. And most importantly, we want someone enjoyable to work with, who checks their ego and often puts others’ needs first. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a hustler who will make time to get their clients into homes with short notice and isn’t afraid to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with and meet the needs of home buyers from consultation to close

  • Review showing requests, manage client needs and monitor properties in MLS for active clients

  • Call all potential clients, handle any client concerns, and work with clients’ schedules

  • Work with Buyer Agent Success Mentor to learn best practices

  • Work warm, company-generated leads with an expectation you will also generate your own, with our support.

  • Attend company trainings and meetings remotely via Google Meet Video

Requirements:

  • Current Colorado Real Estate License

  • 1-3 years minimum real estate agent experience

  • 5 or more recently completed transactions

  • Urgency to work leads and earn more business

  • Real Estate contract experience 

  • Real Estate CRM experience a plus

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • People-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

 Compensation: 

We understand joining a new team and building a strong pipeline takes time, don't worry Homie has your back. Our compensation packages are set up to keep food on the table as you grow your business. Full-time agents will receive a guaranteed salary based upon a 40-hour work week, plus a bonus compensation structure. This allows time for training on all the amazing tools Homie has to offer without stressing over the power bill. Happy to discuss the details with qualified candidates during your first interview.
