Purchase Clearing Coordinator is responsible for
Requests documents and information identified by investors, bond agencies, and servicers
Uploads documents and information received from title companies, and other sources to Encompass
Sends documents and information received from title companies, and other sources to requestors through email and designated websites
Works new conditions within 24 hours of assignment
Follows up on all loans 48-72 hours until resolution
Works with a sense of urgency to clear Post Purchase deficiencies within 7 days of suspension
2+ years mortgage experience or equivalent experience in related field
Highly motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of execution of responsibilities
Strong analytical and decision making/problem solving skills
Possess a keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle a high-volume workload
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time management skills
Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Self-starter, adapt to a changing environment and have the ability to communicate and work well with Investors and co-workers
Possess clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills
