Job Summary Defines, develops, modifies, tests, analyzes, and maintains software applications and information systems in support of business requirements.  Advises IT leadership regarding systems performance and recommends improvements as needed. OVERVIEW: Under the general supervision from the Systems Analyst Team Leader, performs complex technical programming and systems analysis work. Analyzes, programs, tests, implements and documents computer software applications. Maintains and upgrades existing software applications. Installs and assists users in implementing proprietary software. Works directly with county employees/departments to enhance and troubleshoot existing applications as well as develop new software solutions.
